Chef Melissa O' Donnell, the five-time Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient for her Lebanese-ish restaurant Lil’ Gem and Salt, joins The Williamsburg Hotel, to bring Williamsburg a bountiful and inviting New Eastern Mediterranean restaurant.
A 60-seat venue, tucked within the bar and lounge area of the 3,000 square-foot floor, Seven Seeds is an intimate affair where romantics and revelers gather over traditional, and Chef Melissa's interpretations of, foods from the Mediterranean Basin, touching on Greece, Lebanon, Israel, Egypt, Morocco, Spain, France, and Italy.
Seven Seeds is a reflection of who we are as a community. We believe in the importance of inclusive communities, continuously planting seeds of our dreams and promoting growth for a better future,
and enjoy and embrace who we are. Williamsburg has been known as a neighborhood where one can express their passion and artistic freedom. Toby Moskovits, the owner of The Williamsburg Hotel, has been a front-runner in that development and has found a kindred spirit in the entrepreneurial Chef Melissa. Bringing her to the table exemplifies what can happen when two like-minded women come together and create a restaurant that is all about bonding over food and dreams.
